Hello! I’m Maresa (prounounced Ma-reee-sa), a Victoria and Vancouver, Canada based food and product photographer, focusing on creating purpose-driven content for boutique food brands.

Hailing from 10+ years in broadcast television, my skills in storytelling will resonate with your audience to create trust and engagement. I work remotely from my home-based studio, and all shoots are inclusive of photoshoot planning, collaborating together to determine mood boards and shot lists, ingredient sourcing and preparation, food styling, set styling and props, image capture, and image retouching.

I have a deep love of salsa dancing, good coffee, devouring cookbooks like novels, and dipping my toes in the ocean. I also make a mean margarita. (Let’s sip one sometime!)
